基于数字图像处理的纱线线密度测量

             

摘要

为提高纱线线密度测量的效率和精度,以纯棉纱为例,提出一种基于数字图像处理的纱线线密度可视化测量方法.对视频显微镜采集到的纱线图像,依次进行二维自适应维纳滤波预处理、基于遗传算法的二维最大熵法阈值化和形态学运算,得到清晰完整的纱线条干二值图像,基于此图像计算纱线的直径和线密度.结果表明,测试数据以纱线图像为载体,能够更直观地体现纱线的直径和线密度信息,并且当试样较少,无法按标准进行绞纱法测量纱线线密度时,仍然可以采用这种方法,拆出试样中一定数量的纱线来测量统计纱线的直径和线密度,因此,基于数字图像处理的纱线线密度可视化测量方法是可行的.%To improve the measurement efficiency and accuracy of yarn linear density, a visualization measuring method for yarn linear density was proposed based on digital image processing, taking pure cotton yarn as example. The yarn image captured with video microscope was processed sequentially by 2-D adaptive Wiener filtering, threshold value calculation using 2-D maximum entropy algorithm optimized with genetic algorithm, and morphologic operation, and the distinct and complete binary image of yarn could be obtained. Then, the yarn geometrical diameter and linear density were calculated based on the images. The parameters calculated from the yarn images will be used to compute the yarn diameter and linear density more intuitively. Furthermore, when the number of the samples is small, and the linear density of the sample can not be measured by standard skein method, the sufficient linear density information still can be provided using the proposed method in this paper. The experimental results indicate that the visualization method for measuring the yarn diameter and linear density based on image processing and data analysis is feasible.
