基于WebService和OPC的纺纱设备远程故障诊断系统

         

摘要

For the purpose of providing an accurate, fast, and low cost remote fault diagnosis and trouble-shooting for textile enterprises, an Internet-based remote diagnosis system for spinning machines was developed, which consisted of spinning machine information service system, remote diagnosis center and remote-experts. OPC technology was used to collect fault data on field, WebService technology was adopted to transfer the fault data, and expert system technology was applied during the diagnosis to assist the remote-expert. The remote diagnosis center played a role as the core in the entire system. In order to realize the direct communication between the diagnosis center and the upper computer, the web service was published by the remote diagnosis center and invoked by the upper computer on field. Moreover, the diagnosis webpage was published by the remote diagnosis center and browsed by remote-experts to achieve remote diagnosis for failure spinning machines. Compared with traditional remote diagnosis system that required the support of enterprise internal information system. The system is more practical for textile enterprises due to its flexibility, simplicity and expandability.%为使纺织企业实现准确、快速、低成本的远程设备维修服务,开发了一套基于Internet的纺纱设备远程故障诊断系统.系统由纺纱设备信息服务系统、远程诊断中心和远程专家组成.系统运用OPc技术采集现场数据,webService技术传输故障数据,专家系统技术辅助远程专家诊断.整套系统以远程诊断中心为核心,通过诊断中心发布Web服务,现场上位机调用Web服务,实现上位机与诊断中心的直接连接;通过诊断中心发布诊断网页,异地专家访问诊断网页,实现对故障纺纱设备的远程诊断.与大多数需要企业内部信息化系统支持的远程故障诊断系统相比,所提出的系统部署灵活,使用简便,可扩展性强,能够更好地满足纺织企业的实际需求.
