束缚态下服装面料的保形规律

     

摘要

为评价服装在束缚状态下保形性能,设计一种新的服装面料保形性测试方法.在服装面料上施加一定压力,使面料紧贴在自制椭圆柱上16 h后去除外力,自然状态下静置5 min,用面料四侧面图像的凸起面积法评价面料保形性能.为获得面料保形规律,用织机自织45块面料,用新设计方法测试面料的保形性能,结果表明:面料密度显著影响面料保形性能,面料密度越大保形性能越差;面料组织对面料保形性也有一定影响,其中缎纹保形性最好,平纹保形性最差,斜纹居中.%In order to evaluate the shape retention law of the apparel fabric under bound states, a new type of shape retention testing method of the fabric is designed. The fabric is subjected to certain pressure so that it clung to a cylindroid made by researchers, and such state is held for 16 hours, then the pressure is released, and the fabric stands still under the natural condition for 5 minutes. The shape retention of the fabric is evaluated by the convex area on the cross-section images of the four sides of the fabric. As for the shape retention law of fabrics, the shape retention performance of 45 pieces of fabric is tested with the newly designed test method. The conclusion shows that fabric density has great impact on the shape retention; and higher the density, worse the shape retention. The fabric texture has certain effect on the shape retention, it exhibits such order: satin > twill > plain.
