水性聚氨酯的合成及其在棉织物表面的应用

     

摘要

Two-component waterborne polyurethane coating agent consists of a polyisocyanate as a curing agent and a dispersion polyol of aqueous crosslinked polyurethane, which was synthesteed by using polycarbonate diol( PCDL) , dimethylol propionic acid(DMPA) and isophorone diisocyanate ( IPDI) as prepolymerization material and then extended with trimethylol propane ( TMP). It was applied on cotton fabric surface in order to research the effect of polyurethane coating on the water resistance of cotton fabric, and the treated cotton fabrics were characterized with scanning electron microscopy ( SEM ), contact angle and water absorption analysis. The results indicate that the fiber bundles on the surface of the treated cotton fabric are tightly conglutinated together by the coating, showing very good hydrophobicity; the contact angle for water can reach 130°; and the water absorption rate is decreased to 9%. In addition, it also shows good washing durability, the contact angle still reach 90° even after 12 washing cycles and the water absorption rate is much smaller as compared with the fabric before treatment.%采用聚碳酸酯二醇(PCDL)、二羟甲基丙酸(DMPA)、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)为预聚原料,三羟甲基丙烷(TMP)为扩链剂合成具有交联结构的水性聚氨酯多元醇分散体,与多异氰酸酯固化剂组成双组分水性聚氨酯涂层,并将其应用于纯棉织物表面以研究涂层对棉织物耐水性能的影响,对涂层织物进行了扫描电镜(SEM)观察、表面接触角和吸水率测试.结果表明:经过处理的织物表面纤维束都被涂层黏附在一起,表面具有很好的疏水性,对水的接触角可以达到130°,而且织物吸水率降至9%;另外经过处理的织物还具有很好的耐水洗性,在反复经过水洗12次后,其接触角仍能达到90°以上,吸水率比处理前也要小得多.
