多梳拉舍尔棉型蕾丝面料的过渡设计

由于棉纱纤维较短,强度偏低,对多梳拉舍尔棉蕾丝过渡设计存在一些制约因素.为此,通过系统分析大量多梳拉舍尔棉蕾丝面料,结合棉纱的特点,阐述了过渡设计对棉蕾丝面料设计的重要意义.归纳总结了棉蕾丝面料的过渡元素及其在各类棉蕾丝面料中的应用方法,分析了不同的花型排列方式对主体花纹之间的过渡设计的影响,探讨了原料选择对过渡设计的制约及解决办法.为多梳拉舍尔棉蕾丝面料的过渡设计提供了思路和方法,有助于提高多梳拉舍尔棉蕾丝面料设计的总体水平.%As the length of cotton fiber is short and its strength is low,some constraints exist in transition design of multi-bar raschel cotton-lace fabrics.Having systematically analyzed large amounts of multi-bar raschel cotton-lace fabrics,the significance of transition design for cotton-lace fabrics was elaborated in combination with cotton yarn characteristics.The paper addressed the corresponding transition elements of cotton lace fabrics,their application,the influence of different arrangements of patterns on the transition design of the main patterns,and the restriction of raw material selection on transition design as well as related solutions.This research provides the ideas and methods for the transition design of multi-bar raschel cotton-lace fabrics,and is beneficial to improve the overall design level.
