基于图像的织物速度非接触测量方法

         

摘要

织物运行速度是纺织品加工中的重要工艺参数,传统测量方法采用接触式测量.为避免织物与导轮之间滑转产生测量误差,可采用非接触测量方法.通过高速线阵CCD相机采集织物表面纹理灰度信息,相邻2帧信号,具有波形相似且有一定的空间位移,再用互相关算法及其改进算法计算出空间位移,结合连续2帧采样间隔计算出织物运行速度.为提高计算准确度,用高斯曲线拟合互相关函数的峰值并给出拟合公式,得到亚像素级的运动速度.实验验证了这种算法的可行性及其精度.%The moving speed of fabric is an important technical parameter in textile production, which is measured by contact method conventionally. To eliminate the measurement error caused by the slippage between fabric and guiding roller, this paper puts forward a non-contact measuring method. It gets the fabric surface texture gray information by a high speed line array CCD camera. Between the adjacent two frame signals, it has the similarity waveform and certain space displacement, so the spatial displacement can be calculated based on the cross-correlation algorithm and its improved algorithm, and in combination with the sampling interval of the two continuous frames the moving speed of the fabric can be calculated. In order to improve the accuracy of calculation, Gauss curve is used to fit the peak value of cross-correlation function and the fitting formula is derived. And then we obtain the sub-pixel movement speed. Experiments have verified the feasibility and precision of this algorithm.
