二醋酸纤维素纤维纺丝溶液的动态黏弹性

             

摘要

The wood pulp after pretreatment, acetification and hydrolysis was dissolved into acetone solvent, hence cellulose diacetate (CDA) fiber spinning solutions with different mass concentrations were prepared. Dynamic viscoelasticity of CDA fiber spinning solution was studied by dynamic scanning tests with Physica MCR101 rheoviscometer. The results demonstrated that when angular frequency was kept constant, with increasing of solution mass concentration or decreasing of solution temperature, the storage modulus(G') , loss modulus ( G") , as well as complex viscosity (η* ) appeared incremental trends, but the loss tangent reduced; and when dope mass concentration or dope temperature was fixed, increasing the angular frequency increased G' and G" accordingly, but tan § and η* went downward.%将木浆进行预处理、醋化和水解后得到的二醋酸纤维素片溶解于丙酮溶剂中,形成了不同质量分数二醋酸纤维素纤维(CDA)的纺丝溶液.采用Physica MCR101流变仪进行动态扫描实验,考察了CDA纺丝溶液的动态黏弹性.结果表明:当角频率一定时,随着CDA纺丝溶液质量分数的增大或温度的降低,纺丝溶液的储能模量(G′)、损耗模量(G″)和复数黏度(η*)均呈现增加趋势,但损耗角正切(tanδ)逐渐降低.当纺丝溶液的质量分数或温度一定时,随着角频率的增加,纺丝溶液的G′、和G″相应增加,而tan δ和η7*则随之降低.
