环保型热转移印花用棉织物改性剂的合成及应用

         

摘要

采用半连续乳液聚合法制备棉织物转移印花改性剂,考察了单体配比与印花得色量之间的关系;研究了交联单体对胶膜性能、印花织物K/S值及色牢度的影响.结果表明:单体苯乙烯(St)和丙烯腈(AN)对印花织物K/S值有较大影响,当用量分别为30%和5%时,印花织物得色量较高、鲜艳度较好.交联单体聚乙二醇(200)二甲基丙烯酸酯可作为棉转移印花改性剂的理想无甲醛交联单体,且当其用量为3%时,改性剂乳液胶膜的水溶失率较低,断裂强度、断裂伸长率较高;改性棉分散红转移印花织物的色牢度较好.%The modifier for heat transfer printing of cotton fabrics was prepared by semi-continuous emulsion polymerization process. The relationship between monomer composition and color yield of printed products was investigated, and the effects of the different crosslinking monomers on properties of latex film, K/S value and color fastness of the printed products were analyzed. The results showed that the monomers of styrene (St) and acrylonitrile (AN) had great influence on the K/S value of the printed products. The satisfactory color yield and good brilliance of the printed products can be obtained when the dosage of St and AN was 30% and 5% , respectively. The polyethylene glycol (200) dimethyl acrylate was chosen as an ideal formaldehyde-free crosslinking monomer for transfer printing modifier, and when its dosage was 3% , the modifier of latex film showed lower dissolve-loss rate, higher breaking tenacity and elongation, and the modified cotton transfer printed with Disperse Red presented good color fastness.
