基于废弃聚酯的环氧树脂固化剂制备工艺

             

摘要

采用丙三醇醇解废弃聚酯(PET)纤维,然后利用醇解产物与一乙醇胺的反应,制备新型环氧树脂固化剂;探讨了反应原料的配比、催化剂的用量和反应温度等反应条件对产物产率的影响,并确定了最优工艺条件.在此基础上,利用红外光谱(FT-IR)表征了产物结构,利用热重分析(TGA)对固化剂热稳定性进行研究.结果表明,利用废弃聚酯醇解产物制备环氧树脂固化剂的最佳工艺条件:醇解产物与一乙醇胺物质的量比为1:1.2,与催化剂物质的量比为1:0.01,反应温度为150℃.%Waste polyester ( PET) was alcoholized with propanetriol and then the resulting product reacted with monoethanolamine to obtain a novel epoxy resin curing agent. The effects of the ratio of reacting materials, dosage of catalyst, reaction temperature, etc. on the yield of the product were investigated, and the optimal process conditions were determined. The structure of the curing agent was characterized by using the infrared spectroscopy ( FT-IR) , and the thermal stability was illustrated by using thermal gravity analysis( TGA). The optimal process conditions for preparing the epoxy resin curing agent using waste polyester are: the mass ratio of the alcoholized product to monoethanolamine 1: 1.2, catalyst 1: 0. 01 , and reaction temperature 150℃ .
