基于ACFM焊缝体积型和簇群型缺陷检测仿真分析

         

摘要

交流电磁场检测技术 (ACFM) 对焊缝体积型缺陷和复杂缺陷检测识别需要完善和改进.本文利用ANSYS Maxwell建立了的电磁场仿真模型, 采用有限元分析方法研究了长方体缺陷、椭圆形缺陷和圆柱体缺陷这3种不同的体积型缺陷形状对ACFM信号特征的影响, 以及不同缺陷簇群的密集程度对检测结果的影响.通过对提取的Bx, Bz特征信号的影响进行分析与探讨, 获得了缺陷形状及分布数量对信号曲线的影响规律, 可以识别缺陷形状.缺陷簇群的密集分布会影响ACFM检测的准确度, 识别不到缺陷的定量尺寸.%Alternating Current Field Measurement (ACFM) for inspecting weld volumetric and cluster type defect needed to be refined and improved.In this paper, an electromagnetic field simulation model for weld defect Detection was established by using ANSYS Maxwell Software.Finite element method (FEM) was used to stude the signal characteristics of three different shape defects, such as cuboid defects, elliptical defects and cylinder defects, and the effect of the detection results of the different cluster group density.The extracted Bxand Bzsignal characteristic was analyzed and discussed, and the influence laws of the signal curve under the different defect shape and distribution quantity were obtained.Defect shapes can be identified with detecting single volume defect.The dense distribution of clusters defect will affect the accuracy of ACFM detection.In the meantime, fixed size of defect is not recognized.The research on the ability of ACFM technology to detect and identify volume defects has not yet started.It is instructive for the research of ACFM extended application and Process research of defect detection.
