管理信息系统流程复杂度计算模型研究

     

摘要

管理信息系统业务流程的复杂度直接影响到整个测试工作的风险、资源需求和工作量核算等方面.为计算和评价该复杂度,针对管理信息系统业务流程的普遍特点,通过对影响流程复杂度的节点数量、流程环路复杂度和节点流转复杂度这三类因素进行剖析,提出了一种新的度量流程复杂度的计算模型,并通过三个流程范例来对该模型进行了适用性评价.在此模型的基础上,若将每个闭环的流程视为流程组中的一个节点,则又可将该模型算法应用于“流程组”复杂度的计算和评价中去.%The flow complex degree of MIS directly influenced many aspects of the whole testing project such as the risk, the resource requirement and the workload accounting. With the aim to calculate and estimate the flow complex degree of MIS, the paper presented a calculation model to measure the process complex degree through analyzing 3 factors including the count of nodes, the cycle complex degree and the transfer complex degree, which focused on the universal characteristics of the business process of MIS. It carried out the applicability appraisement for this model by experimenting with three flow samples. Based on this model, the author put forward an extensive method that applying this model to process group by treating every closed loop as one independent node.
