ARINC429总线接收器极限参数测试方法

摘要

ARINC429总线接收器的极限参数测试是周期计量过程中的一项重要测试内容.本文提出一种采用单极性非归零码生成ARINC429总线数据信号的双极性归零码的仿真方法,采用码型信号发生器予以实现,产生符合ARINC429协议且波形参数连续可调的总线数据信号,并对总线接收器进行了位速率、信号电平和对称度、边沿建立时间和对称度的极限参数测试试验.极限参数测试方法满足ARINC429总线接收器极限参数测试需求.%The limit parameter test of the ARINC429 bus receiver is an important test content in the pe-riodic metrology.This paper presents a simulation method of bipolar return-to-zero code for generating ARINC429 bus data signal with unipolar non-return-to-zero code.And the method is realized by pattern generator,which generates the bus data signal conforming to standard of ARINC429 protocol ,and the waveform parameters can be adj usted continuously.The limit parameter experiments of the bit rate,sig-nal level and symmetry,edge set-up time and symmetry for the bus receiver were tested.The limit pa-rameter Test Method meets the ARINC429 bus receiver limit parameter test requirements.
