MHD角振动传感器标度因数温度系数分析及补偿

     

摘要

MHD角振动传感器标度因数与内部磁场强度、流体运动响应状态、电流互感器结构等直接相关.通过对MHD角振动传感器永磁磁路、流体感应电势、线圈放大特性三方面温度特性的分析或测试,提出各环节温度系数控制措施,完成-0.32%/℃的负温度系数特性的敏感核心设计,并在工作电路中基于铂电阻设计量值可达0.36%/℃的正温度系数的补偿环节.经实际测量,研制的MHD角振动传感器标度因数温度系数达到0.2%S.F./℃,优于国外产品水平.%The scale factor of Magnet-Hydro-Dynamics Angular Vibration Sensor (MHD-AVS) is related to the magnetic field intensity, response of fluid, and performance of current transformer. In this paper the temperature characteristics of the permanent magnetic circuit,the induced potential of fluid,and the amplification of inductance coil are analyzed and some effective measures are taken to control temperature coefficient in each part. The sensor core with negative temperature coefficient of –0.32%/℃ isachieved, and the temperature compensation with positive temperature coefficient of 0.36%/℃based on platinum resistance (PT1000) is designed in the circuit. Test results show that the scale factor temperature coefficient of the MHD-AVS is 0.2%S.F./℃, which is superior to the foreign products.
