The environment firms facing is going from steady,predictable to dynamic changing and highly uncertain. This hypercompetitive environment requires firms to apply new strategic thinking. This paper first discusses the development of environment-strategy relations,then the change of strategic orientation correspondingly. Based on the big impact technology gives to strategy,relationships between strategy and technology are analyzed,developing from strategy capitalizing on technology,strategy cultivating technology and technology driving cognition of strategy. Strategy and technology interact dynamically. From the perspectives of distinction between content and process of strategy,importance of learning and human cognitive process and importance of technology,the differences among these 3 relationships are discussed.%企业所处的环境从稳定、可预测向动态、高不确定性的超竞争环境变化,要求企业用新的思维方式思考战略.本文论述了环境与战略关系的发展,相应战略导向的变化,在强调技术对战略的重大影响上,分析了战略与技术的关系从战略利用技术发展为战略培养技术,技术驱动战略认知,战略与技术的相互作用趋向动态化.最后从战略内容与过程的差异、学习力和人类认识过程的重要性、技术的重要性三个角度讨论了战略与技术三种关系的差异.
