知识产权保护加强条件下的企业技术创新--基于宁波康强电子公司的典型案例研究

With the constant improving of China's intellectual property protection system, the protection of IPR is constantly strengthened. The protection of IPR may increase the cost of technical imitation and promote the profit of innovation. The paper analyses the innovation of enterprise, with the protection of China's intellectual property rising. It empirical analyses the innova-tion of Ningbo Kangqiang Electronics ltd. based on the firm data frome 2007 to 2010. The results show that when the protection of intellectual property rising, enterprises will get more return to increase the technical inputs. And it can get more inputs, when the rate of inputs increasing exceeds the rata of the intellectual property rising. The paper also finds that the increase of technical in-puts does not bring profit to the firm without other factors well working.%　　随着我国知识产权保护制度的不断完善，知识产权保护的力度正在不断地加强。知识产权保护力度的加强，一方面会加大企业技术模仿的成本，另一方面也会提高企业自主创新的收益。本文就我国知识产权保护力度的加强是否鼓励了企业的技术创新这一主题进行了研究。文章分析了我国近年来知识产权保护水平的变化，以宁波康强电子的技术创新作为典型案例，运用2007-2011年的企业数据进行了实证。研究结果表明：当知识产权保护力度加强的情况下，企业加大技术投入的力度将会获得更多回报；并且当技术创新投入力度超过知识产权保护加强的力度时，企业会获得超额回报。同时，文章也发现企业单纯的技术投入并不会增加企业的利润，企业技术投入的回报必须以各要素的良好运行为前提。
