企业技术创新绩效评价——基于加权灰熵关联度

摘要

技术创新是保证企业技术核心竞争力的主要途径, 技术创新绩效评价对客观反映企业技术创新现状, 促进技术创新具有重要的指导作用, 文章基于加权灰熵关联度的理想解评价模型对产业集群内企业技术创新绩效进行了评价和分析. 文章分析了企业技术创新绩效评价研究现状, 针对创新绩效影响因素过多的问题, 通过主成分分析法对多影响因素进行主成分提取,获得企业技术创新绩效评价指标体系; 用加权灰熵关联度代替理想解方法中的欧式距离度量方法, 解决了异常值对评价结果影响较大和评价结果随灰关联参数变化的问题, 给出一种基于加权灰熵关联度的理想解方法, 其可以用于企业技术创新绩效评价,充实了企业技术创新绩效评价的理论体系. 最后文章实证分析了产业集群内企业技术创新绩效现状, 验证了文章所给方法的可行性和科学性.%Technological innovation is the main way to guarantee the enterprise technical core competitiveness, technological in-novation performance evaluation has important guiding effect for feedback current situation of enterprise technological innovation and promote technological innovation. This paper constructs an enterprise technological innovation performance evaluation system , which based on weighted gray entropy correlation degree, to evaluate the performance of technological innovation for the enterprise in indus-trial cluster. A novel technological innovation performance evaluation index system is proposed by the method of principal component analysis, overcome the problem of evaluating index are overmuch. Then, an enterprise technological innovation performance evaluation method is constructed based on TOPSIS method, in which, the Euclidean distance measurement method replace by weighted gray entropy correlation degree, resolve the problems of evaluation result affected by some abnormal values and evaluation result changing with parameters, enrich the theoretical system of enterprise technological innovation performance evaluation. Finally, an empirical analysis of the enterprise technology innovation performance evaluation had made , verify the feasibility and the scientific of the method given in this paper.
