信息化对中国产业结构调整作用分析

摘要

This article adopts the panel data of Chinese provinces from 2002 to 2014, using the system moment estimation method, to study the influence of information development on industrial structure adjustment in different regions of China. And the conclusion is that: from a national perspective, the development of informatization has a positive role in promoting the industrial structure upgrading, industrial structure optimization, first industry, the second industry and the third industry; from a regional perspective, in the eastern region, the development of informatization has a positive role in promoting in promoting the industrial structure upgrading, industrial structure optimization, first industry and the third industry while it has an inhibitory effect on the second industry; in the Midwest region, the development of informatization has a positive role in promoting in promoting industrial structure optimization, first industry and the second industry while it has an inhibitory effect on the industrial structure upgrading and the second industry. Finally , based on the empirical conclusion, this article proposes some countermeasures and suggestions.%文章采用2002-2014年中国各省份的面板数据，利用系统矩估计方法，研究了信息化发展对中国各地区产业结构调整的差异化影响。得出的结论为：从全国层面看，信息化发展对产业结构升级，产业结构优化，第一产业、第二产业和第三产业均有正向促进作用。从区域层面看，东部地区的信息化发展对产业结构升级，产业结构优化，第一产业和第三产业均有较好的正向促进作用，而对第二产业却产生了显著的抑制作用；中西部地区的信息化发展对产业结构优化、第一产业和第二产业均有正向促进作用，而对产业结构升级和第三产业却产生了显著的抑制作用。最后，依据实证结论提出相关政策启示。
