中国区域绿色创新系统内部耦合协调分析

             

摘要

构建区域绿色创新系统,对实现可持续发展至关重要,而绿色创新系统内部耦合协调程度是系统能否有序持续发展的关键.文章将区域绿色创新系统划分为创新投入子系统、 创新效益子系统和绿色效益子系统,利用熵值法、 综合评价方法、耦合度模型和协调度模型对中国30个省、 市、 自治区绿色创新内部耦合性和协调性发展情况进行定量评估.结果表明中国省域创新绿色系统整体处于低耦合、 低协调发展阶段,结合耦合度和协调度划分全国省市自治区可分为三个区域—拮抗耦合中度协调地区、 低度耦合中度协调地区、 低度耦合低度协调地区.在此基础上,针对各区域提出了相应对策建议.%Constructing regional green innovation system is essential to realize sustainable development , and the internal coupling degree of the system is the key for its sustainable development. The paper divided the regional green innovation system into three subsystems:the innovation input subsystem, the innovation benefit subsystem and the green benefit subsystem. Then the coupling degr-ees and coupling coordination degrees of China's 30 provincial units were calculated to assess the coupling coordination development among green innovation subsystems by entropy method, comprehensive evaluation method, coupling model and coordination model. The results showed that, the overall green innovation system of China is in low coupling and low coordination development stage. The provi-nces were divided into three regions by the combination of coupling degree and coordination degree-antagonistic coupling and moderate coordination area, low degree coupling and moderate coordination area, low coupling and low coordination area. On the basis of the analysis, corresponding countermeasures were proposed for each area.
