为了拓展传统资源观和组织学习理论关于国际化影响企业创新绩效的理论认知,文章在理论上推断了企业国际化行为影响创新绩效的中间机制,从"线性"和"非线性"两个维度考察国际化影响企业创新绩效的作用机理,并基于174家制造业上市公司2007-2016年间的国际化程度和创新绩效数据,实证检验了国际化行为与企业创新绩效之间的直接关系.研究发现:一是企业国际化行为通过规模溢出、生产溢出、国际合作和创新能力溢出四个途径影响其创新绩效,二者之间不仅存在正向或者负向的简单线性关系,还存在U型或S型等非线性关系;二是全样本下的企业国际化水平每提高一个百分点,将推动企.业创新绩效水平显著上升0. 128个百分点.国际化行为与企业创新绩效的S型关系假设也得到验证;三是作为两个中间调节变量,企业规模和产权属性在企业国际化学习过程中发挥了重要作用.%In order to expand the traditional outlook and organizational learning theory about internationalization cognition influences the performance of enterprise innovation theory, this paper concluded that the influence enterprise internationalization behavior in theory innovation performance in the middle of the mechanism, from "linear" and "nonlinear" two dimensions to investigate international influences the performance of enterprise innovation mechanism. Based on 174 manufacturing listed companies from 2007 to 2016 of internationalization and innovation performance data, the empirical test the international behavior and the direct relationship between the enterprise innovation performance. Study found that: The enterprise internationalization with scale, spilling overflow, international cooperation and innovation ability, production overflow four ways to influence the innovation performance, not only exists between positive or negative to the simple linear relations, there are type or type, such as nonlinear relationship; Under the whole samples of enterprise internationalization level every one percent increase would promote enterprise innovation performance considerably increase the level of 0. 128％. International behavior and performance of the enterprise innovation type of relationship is also verified; As two middle adjustment variables, the enterprise scale and property right attribute played an important role in the process of enterprise international -ization learning.
