在国家加快现代职业教育体系建设的新形势下,建立健全公共财政扶持民办高职院校发展的政策措施,是形成民办高职院校与公办高等院校相互促进、共同发展格局的必然要求. 明确界定民办高职院校的内涵,以山东省为例,理清民办高职院校发展的现状及存在的问题,梳理公共财政扶持民办高职院校发展的政策实践,提出公共财政扶持民办高职院校发展的政策选择,这对优化民办高职院校发展的外部环境,促进民办高职院校实现创新发展具有积极的理论意义和实践价值.%With the new situation in which our country speeds up the construction of modern vo-cational education system,policies to establish a sound public financial support for the development of private vocational colleges are a must for the mutual promotion and development between private voca-tional colleges and public universities.
