近代工矿业城市发展模式与意义--以开滦煤矿和唐山市古冶区为例

Guye district of Tangshan City is a typical mining city relying on modern industry.The Kailuan Coal Mine plays a key role in the formation and development of the modern city.The au-thor of this paper conclude that modern industry plays a important part in the transformation of a traditional town into a modern industrial city through the comparison of the social atmosphere, the city urbanization and modern construction of municipal facilities before and after the founding of Kailuan Coal Mine.The author also explores the development path of modern mining cities, which is significant to the secondary transformation and development of resource-based cities,the success of the current urbanization and the construction of a comprehensive well-off society.%唐山市古冶区在近代是一座依靠工矿业发展起来的典型城市，开滦煤矿对于古冶近代城市的形成、发展具有关键作用。通过对比开滦煤矿创办前后古冶地区社会风气、城市化进程和近代市政设施建设等，分析了近代工业在促进传统市镇向近代城市转化中的重要作用。以古冶为例，探索近代工矿型城市发展的路径，对于资源型城市的二次转型、发展，以及当前中国的城镇化和夺取全面建成小康社会的伟大胜利具有重大意义。
