显微组织对TC11钛合金机械性能的影响

         

摘要

TCll alloy was treated with pretreatment and different deformation degree and different temperature below the (a +β)/β transition temperature. Three kinds of microstructures including the equiaxed,the bimodel and the basket-waver were obtained ,and their mechanical properties including conventional mechanical properties,high temperature creep rupture,low frequency fatigue life and high temperature stability were tested. The experiment results show that the bimodel is of good mechanical properties both at room temperature and high temperature (≤500C) and longer fatigue life.%对TC11钛合金进行预处理,然后在两相区用不同温度进行不同程度变形,获得等轴组织、双态组织和网篮组织,分别测试了3种显微组织的机械性能。结果表明,双态组织具有良好的室温及高温综合机械性能和较高的低周疲劳寿命。
