分析了絮凝沉降过程大惯性、大滞后的特点,提出了在浓缩机清水层内进行浊度检测,并采用GM(1,1)灰色模型对清水层浊度值进行预测的方法,改善了系统滞后对絮凝剂添加控制性能的影响;设计了灰色预测与模糊控制相结合的絮凝剂自动添加系统.现场试验表明,该方法能够解决系统滞后大、絮凝剂添加不及时引起的溢流水浊度超标问题,浊度稳定性明显提高,避免了系统失控现象的发生.%Because the flocculating sedimentation process has large inertia and long delay features, a turbidity detecting method in cleared water of thickener, instead in the pipe of overflow water, was proposed. In addition to this, a certain future turbidity value was predicted using GM (1,1) model, which declined the influence of delay on flocculant adding control performance. Then, an automatic flocculant adding system based on grey prediction fuzzy control strategy was designed. On-site experiment results show that the grey prediction fuzzy control algorithm solved the over-standard problem of turbidity which was aroused by system delay and unprompt flocculant adding, as well as improved the turbidity stability and avoided the out-of-control of the system.
