矿用提升机制动器运行状态无线监测系统的设计

         

摘要

On the basis of real-time measurement of the working state for the braking in mine hoist, this paper designed a wireless monitoring system using GPRS and MSP430 MCU, introduced the composition of system, the design scheme of software and hardware for data acquisition instrument,and the settings of data wireless communication protocol in detail. The test running proved that the accurate and real-time parameters were acquired,which is helpful for the guiding the on-site maintenance. Therefore, this system owns potential application value.%以矿用提升机制动器运行状态参数的实时测量为背景,设计了一种利用GPRS技术与MSP430单片机相结合的无线监测系统,详细介绍了系统的组成与下位机硬件软件设计方案以及数据的无线传输设置方法,最后通过实际测试运行证明,本系统可以实时、准确地将监测结果反馈,指导现场的维修保养工作,具有一定的应用推广价值.
