永磁式开关磁阻直线电机的设计及分析

         

摘要

针对传统直线式开关磁阻电机在运行时,往往会继承开关磁阻旋转电机的不良特性,推力脉动大,噪声等问题.为优化直线式开关磁阻电机运行特性,精确计算直线电机运行电磁参数,笔者改进并设计了一种永磁式开关磁阻直线电机,并采用许-克变换法对其磁场分布进行公式推导,在此基础上利用麦克斯韦应力张量法计算基于磁场分布的电磁推力,并与有限元法得出的结果进行比较,证明所用计算方法正确可靠,同时具有较高精度.许-克变换法可为直线电机的设计以及运行过程解析计算提供可靠的工具.%Traditional linear switched reluctance motor always carries on undesirable characteristics from rotating switched reluctance motor,which include large thrust pulsation and prominent noise problem.When the operation of a linear motor is studied,the air gap magnetic field and the electromagnetic force should be calculated precisely.Because of the effect of the linear structure,the edge effect and the cogging effect,the equivalent magnetic circuit method can not satisfy the requirements.To optimize the performance of linear switched reluctance motor and calculate the electromagnetic parameters precisely,this paper improved and designed a type of linear permanent magnet switch reluctance motor,Schwarz-Christoffel transform method was used to derive the equations of its magnetic field,and the Maxwell stress tensor method was used to calculate the electromagnetic force that is based on the magnetic field.The results were compared with those calculated by finite element method,which proves that the results are correct and reliable with high precision.Schwarz-Christoffel transform method was proved to provide a reliable method for the design and analytical calculation of the linear motor.
