Suzhou, as one of the most important cities along the“One Belt and One Road”, should initiate to develop the system of trans-regional logistics. At present, quite a few problems exist in this sector in Suzhou, including low efficiency, grave homogenous competition and the lagging-behind information integration. In addition, this industry faces institutional and mechanical barriers and the lack of credit system and service standards. Therefore, the authorities should coordinate the planning and strengthen horizontal links based on the scientific orientation of the local resources;the enterprises should take advantages of their own merits, targeting at professionalization, informationalization and the combination of governmental activities with the production of the enterprises. Only in this way an integrated trans-regional system of logistics can be established.%苏州作为“一带一路”沿途重要的城市，应积极发展跨区域一体化物流体系。目前苏州物流业存在不少问题：物流效率不高，同质化竞争严重，信息一体化滞后等；另外还面临体制、机制的障碍及诚信体系和服务标准的缺失等问题。因此，政府部门应在科学定位城市各种资源的基础上，统筹规划，加强横向联系。企业也要发挥自身优势，向专业化、信息化迈向政产结合，才能建立完善的跨区域一体化物流体系。
