摘要

＂French SG Event＂ reveals problems in bank risk control system,professional integrity of employees,and use of financial tools.The article analyses from both the inside and outside of the bank to find out the reasons of the problems in bank management and puts forward countermeasures,so as to enhance the bank management of risk control.%＂法兴银行事件＂的背后体现出现行的银行在风险控制制度、从业人员职业操守和滥用金融衍生工具等方面存在问题,从内、外两个方面分析目前银行业风险控制产生的原因与解决措施,以增强银行对风险控制的管理。
