新型动摩擦实验装置的验证

         

摘要

以往的动摩擦试验测试装置所能达到的相对滑动速度大多局限于2.5 mm/ s 到2.54 m/ s 范围内。设计了一套新型动摩擦试验装置,用于测量相对滑动速度在10 m/ s 以内的动摩擦系数。基于 ABAQUS 对该实验装置进行数值模拟,对几种常见材料之间的滑动摩擦进行模拟,得到在滑动过程中滑块的加速度变化与已有理论模型吻合,从而验证了该动摩擦实验装置的可靠性和实用性。%The relative sliding velocity of most of the previous kinetic friction test devices is confined to the range between 2.5 mm/ s and 2.54 m/ s. In view of this,a new type of kinetic friction test device was designed to measure the coefficient of kinetic friction with a relative sliding velocity below 10 m/ s. In this study,the designed kinetic friction test device was simulated based on the finite element analysis software ABAQUS. Ac-cording to the simulation of the kinetic friction of several common engineering materials,the acceleration data of the slider during the sliding period agreed with the theory that obtained by the existed theoretical model. Thus,the reliability and feasibility of the designed kinetic friction test device are verified.
