His ruling ideological system has stood the test of time for 15 years, which is widely recog-nized and supported by the people in Venezuela and other Latin American countries. Chavez has passed a-way, but it can be predicted that the Chavez’ s era will not end immediately. Chavez’ s ruling ideological system will influence Venezuela society as well as Latin American area in the next period of time.
