骑行运动中女性腿部表面肌电反应

     

摘要

The surface electromyographic (EMG) quanty reflects the influence of riding process of female leg to muscle activity and functional status.Based on the 10 females whose age are between 18 to 25 years and are professional sports trained or experimental objected not less than two years,ten stages of testing including complete stillness,warm-up exercise,the normal exercise (load for 40,60,80,100,120,140 W six stages),relaxation exercise,stillness were carried out.EMG of eight muscle groups including gluteus maximus,rectus femoris,vastus medialis,vastus lateralis,unit two biceps and anterior tibial muscle and gastrocnemius were collected.The time domain method and frequency domain method were adopted to explore the muscle force and fatigue degree of female leg during the riding processto provide a theoretical basis for the design and application of female riding pants for sports practice.%表面肌电指标定量可以反映女性腿部骑行过程对肌肉活动状态和功能状态的影响程度.选取10名年龄在18~25岁之间,专业或体育训练不低于两年的女性为实验对象,完成静止、热身运动、正常运动(负荷为40,60,80,100,120和140 W的6个阶段)、放松运动、静止共计10个阶段的测试,同时采集臀大肌、股直肌、股内侧肌、股外侧肌、股二头肌、胫骨前肌、腓肠肌、比目鱼肌等8块肌肉群的肌电信号;通过时域法和频域法探讨女性腿部在整个骑行运动过程肌肉的发力程度和疲劳程度,为女性骑行裤在运动实践的设计应用提供理论依据.
