三十烷醇对海萝孢子萌发、幼苗及藻体生长的影响

     

摘要

Three experiments were conducted to study the influence of triacontanol on the germination of spore ,and growth of germling and frond in Gloiopeltis furcata. In experiment 1, the attachment spores after incubation for 3 d following inoculation were dipped in triacontanol at concentration of 0. 50, 1.00,2. 00 mg- L-1 ,and for 14 or 24 h,respectively. The dipping was repeated at lO-d intervals for 3 times. In experiment 2,1.5-mm long germling was dipped in triacontanol at concentrations of 0. 25,0. 50,1.00 and 2. 00 mg· L-1 ,respectively for 24 h. The treatments were carried out for once or repeated 4 times at 15d intervals, respectively. In experiment 3, the frond was dipped in triacontanol at concentrations of 0. 50,1.00 and 2. 00 mg · L once for 18 or 24 h, respectively. The results revealed that triacontanol had no effect on the mass gain and frond growth, but significantly affected spore germination and germling outshoot ramification. At concentrations of 0. 50 or 1.00 mg · L -1 , triacontanol promoted the spore germinating disc growth and the germinating burgeons, with the best effects achieved by dipping in concentration of 1.00 mg · L-1 for 14 h. Treatment with triacontanol at concentration of 2. 00 mg· L-1 and for 24 h impaired discs growth and survival. Concentrations of 0. 25 -2. 00 mg - L-1 all enhanced the germling outshoot ramification,with better results achieved after 4-time repeated treatment than once single dipping.%研究了三十烷醇对海萝孢子萌发、幼苗及藻体生长的影响.第1个试验,用0.50、1.00、2.00 mg·L-1的三十烷醇分别对附着后3d的海萝抱子进行14和24 h的浸泡,每隔10 d处理1次,共处理3次,试验进行2个月.第2个试验,用0.25、0.50、1.00、2.00 mg·L-1的三十烷醇浸泡平均长度为1.5mm海萝幼苗,分别处理1次和4次(每隔15d处理1次),每次处理时间24h,试验进行2个月.第3个试验,用0.50、1.00、2.00 mg·L-1的三十烷醇分别对海萝藻体进行18和24 h的浸泡,只处理1次,试验进行1个月.试验结果表明:三十烷醇对藻体增质量及幼苗长度生长影响不明显,对幼苗的分叉以及饱子萌发形成的盘状体的生长、萌发、存活影响显著.三十烷醇质量浓度为0.50和1.00 mg·L-1时,对海萝盘状体的生长及盘状体萌发出直立体都有促进作用,其中,0.50 mg·L-1的三十烷醇,处理14 h效果最好;2.00 mg·L-1三十烷醇处理24 h时,其盘状体的生长和存活比对照组明显差.0.25~2.00mg·L-1三十烷醇对幼苗的分叉都具有促进作用,处理4次的效果比处理1次的好;而处理1次的以质量浓度为1.00 mg·L-1的效果最好,且与处理4次的相似.
