新型城镇化与农业集聚的协同效应

摘要

Constructing comprehensive index system of new-type urbanization and agriculture agglomera-tion,using coupling coordination model and related data of provinces from 2005 to 2015, this paper measures the coupling degree and coordination degree and analyzes synergistic effect between new -type urbanization and agriculture agglomeration.The results show:the comprehensive order parameter of new-type urbanization and agriculture agglomeration order parameter take up volatility trend from 2005 to 2015,provinces of higher new-type urbanization comprehensive order parameter are mainly concentrated in the eastern region of higher new-type urbanization level;province of higher agricultural agglomeration order parameter are mainly concentrated in the central and west region; new-type urbanization and agri-culture agglomeration exist correlation,but there is significant differences of coupling degree among prov-inces,overall,coupling degree of eastern region is under central and western region;and the coordina-tion level of eastern region is lower than central region and western regional.Improve urbanization level, optimize agricultural agglomeration,and thus promote the development of agricultural modernization,but the eastern,central and western regions need to implement differentiated regional policies.%通过构建新型城镇化与农业集聚的综合指标体系,运用2005—2015年各省份的相关数据,采用耦合协调模型,测度新型城镇化与农业集聚之间的耦合度与协调度,分析两者之间的协同效应.结果表明:2005—2015年新型城镇化综合序参量、农业集聚序参量均呈现波动性变化趋势;新型城镇化综合序参量较高的省份主要集中在城镇化水平较高的东部地区,农业集聚综合序参量较高的省份主要集中在中西部地区;新型城镇化与农业集聚之间存在相关性,但各省份之间的耦合度存在明显差异,整体看,东部地区耦合度低于中西部地区;从两者之间的协调水平看,东部地区的协调水平也低于中西部地区.通过提高城镇化水平,优化农业集聚,能进一步促进农业现代化发展,但东中西部地区需要实施差异化区域政策.
