分析了区域数字图书馆合作共享的理论基础,提出专业论著与社会发展信息是高校图书馆与公共图书馆交叉需求的资源内容,围绕这两方面的资源对区域内图书馆的资源进行整合并建立中心元数据库,在此基础上高效提供统一检索、学科导航、资源推送、文献传递、文献互助、产业资讯等多种服务,并从用户的角度出发,将相关服务整合成一站式服务,同时将联合参考咨询、自建特色库、区域流通等前期数字图书馆建设成果也共同整合在区域数字图书馆平台上,实现区域数字图书馆的一体化完整解决方案。%We analyze the theoretical basis of the cooperative sharing in the region.We point out that professional articles and information on social development is the resource content that falls within the intersection of advanced education libraries and public libraries;integration of the regional library resources and the establishment of central unit data base should be about these two facets.Based on that,various services such as unified search,subject navigation,resource push-mailing,archive transmission,archive mutual-assist,and industrial news are to be provided with high efficiency.Related services should be integrated into one-stop service from a user point of view.Meanwhile,accomplishments in early digital library construction—united reference counseling,auto-constructed specialized archive,regional circulation,to name a few—are all to be integrated onto the regional digital library platform in order to realize a complete resolution to the consolidation of digital library in the region.
