社会工作人才队伍建设模式的本土实践及反思——基于内蒙古B市的调查

     

摘要

社会工作人才队伍建设是创新社会管理体制的重要切入点,也是凝聚社会力量、整合社会资源、服务社会建设的重大举措。近年来,各地在民政部门牵头下,社会工作人才队伍建设取得显著的成就,但也面临着社会认同度低、运行机制不完善、实务不“实”、专业不“专”、发展不平衡等困境,创新社会工作人才队伍建设,可从知识培训、岗位设置、机构培育、本土化探索等几个方面突破。%  Social work talents team building is an important point of the innovation of social management system, is a major measure of the embodiment of social forces, the integration of social resources and the services of social construction. In recent years, various parts of the civil affairs department takes the lead, social work talents team building has achieved the remarkable achievement. Similarly, has faced with the dilemma of the lower social identification, incomplete running mechanism, not "real"practice, unprofessional career, unbalanced development, etc. We can innovate the building of social work talents team, through knowledge training, post setting, institutions cultivating, localization exploring.
