上海市创意产业的功能定位与发展策略

Creative industries gradually rise in Shanghai.According to the leading industry benchmark, creative industries have strong correlation with other industries in Shanghai, will drive the employment struc-ture transformation and economic growth mode transformation, become the leading industry of Shanghai in the future.On the basis of creative industries development policy, Shanghai should form the industry network on the basis of division and efficiency, construct the corresponding supporting facilities, set up professional infor-mation platform, promote the prosperity of the industry exhibition and improve the atmosphere free creation.%根据主导产业的选择基准，创意产业与上海其他产业具有极强的关联性与融合性，将推动就业结构转型和经济增长方式变革，成为未来上海的主导产业。在借鉴各国创意产业发展政策基础上，上海应以创意产业园区为载体，形成以分工和效率为基础的产业网络，建设相应的配套设施，搭建专业信息平台，推进行业会展的繁荣，营造自由创作的氛围。
