促进剂对PLA纤维染色动力学和热力学的影响

     

摘要

Basing on the dyeing dynamics and thermodynamics of PLA fibers with disperse navy blue HGL200, the effect of the dyeing capabilities and mechanical property of the PLA fibers by adding the accelerating agent into the dye bath was discussed, it was found that: the equilibrium adsorption quantity and the uptake rate of disperse dyes was higher than not adding at 100℃. The type of adsorption isotherm was to the composite type of Langmuir and Nerst from the Nerst as the accelerating agent added into the dye bath. The distribution coefficient of dyes on PLA fibers to the dyeing bath and the equilibrium adsorption quantity increased when adding the accelerating agent into the dyeing bath.%在分散深蓝HGL200对聚乳酸(PLA)纤维染色动力学及热力学的研究基础上,讨论染色促进剂的添加对PLA纤维染色动力学及热力学的影响.研究表明:在100℃染色条件下向染浴中加入染色促进剂后,染料在PLA纤维上的平衡吸附量上升,上染速率也明显增大;加入染色促进剂后,分散深蓝HGL200在PLA纤维上的吸附等温线类型由Nerst转为趋于Langmuir和Nerst复合型吸附等温线.染色促进剂的加入使染料的Nerst分配系数明显提高,纤维对染料的吸附饱和值也有所提高.
