纺织品负离子发生量测试方法研究

     

摘要

在分析已有纺织品负离子发生量测试方法的基础上,以自行研制的负离子聚丙烯非织造材料为试验样品,选用COM-3200 PRO Ⅱ型空气负离子检测仪,测试样品在密闭环境中静置状态时的负离子发生量,探讨测试时间、测试距离、样品摆放方式、样品相对表面积等因素对纺织品负离子发生量测试的影响,进而建立了纺织品负离子发生量测试方法:在恒温恒湿条件下,试样以水平方式放置于绝缘密闭的测试仓内静置900 s以上,测试距离为5 cm,相对表面积≥1×10-3,每次测试前对测试仓进行换气处理。%Based on analyzing the existing test methods for anion-generating capacity, this paper takes self-developed anion polypropylene non-woven materials as the test sample, uses COM-3200PRO Ⅱair anion counter to test anion-generating capacity of static anion textiles in sealed test bin and discusses the influence of test time, test distance, display mode and relative surface area on anion-generating capacity of textiles. Then, the test method for anion-generating capacity is established as follows: in the condition of constant temperature and humidity, the sample is placed into the sealed test bin horizontally for at least 900 s, and the test distance is 5 cm;relative surface area≥1 × 10 -3 . In addition, the bin is ventilated before each test.
