基于小波变换和零树编码的医学图象压缩

摘要

Medical image compression is one of key technologies in Telediagnosis implementation. Based on discussing and analysising medical image characteristics, this article uses wavelet transform and EZW compression algorithm in medical image compression. The experiments show that this algorithm is superior and effective in pratical use.
