涉车警情分析实践中法律思维的运用--暨一起涉车警情的分析处置执法

摘要

Along with the social development and ec onomic system reform, the wider thoughts, diverse and complex trades complicated the legal relationship between parties causing one case with multi-legal questions. We must make use of the existing legal system, perfect the analysis and evaluation for multi-legal relationship so as to protect private rights and improve the public power and impartiality. By Through analyzing the disposal process of one complex vehicle-related case, we summarized the application ways for the thought on law in vehicle-related cases.%随着社会发展、经济体制改革，行为人思域的拓展，交易方式的多样化、复杂化，使得矛盾当事人之间的法律关系错综复杂，引发的警情往往触及的不是单个的法律关系。如何利用现有的法律体系，完善对多法律关系的分析评价，往往能更好的保护私权，提高公权力的权威及公正性。通过一起复杂的涉车警情的处置分析过程，可以总结探讨涉车警情中法律思维方法的运用方法。
