液体浸润激光感应法测定炸药柱体膨胀系数

摘要

为检测炸药柱体膨胀系数β，研制了体膨胀系数测试仪，通过浸液的选择和制备、药柱尺寸的确定等研究，建立了液体浸润激光感应法；β检测结果的极差在（0．11～0．16）×10－5℃－1之间，重复性较好；由于液体浸润激光感应法能将样品三维变化通过一维变化显现出来，检测灵敏度较高；与检测（30～100）℃温度范围的常规方法相比，能检测（30～50）℃、（50～75）℃、（75～100）℃更小温度段的β值，有利于精密装药。%To test the cubic expansion factorβof explosive grain,a new tester was developed.The relative new method of testing βwas established through choice and preparation of steep,determination of grain size,etc.The range ofβdata were between (0.11 ~0.16) ×10-5℃-1,which showed the repetitiveness was good.The method is sensitive because the change of grain ’s three dimensional changes could be known by one dimensional change.Compared with conventional methods,which the temperature range can only fall within the scope of (30~100)℃,the new method can test smaller temperature scope,such as (30~50 )℃,(50 ~75 )℃ and (75 ~100 )℃.The βof smaller temperate range is beneficial for precision charge.
