Combat zone,season and weather,time etc.as influencing factors in an urban combat environment were introduced,and the calculation method for actual operational effectiveness of equipment was built for city anti-terrorism operations.The mathematical model of the equipment allocation was proposed and the solution of the equipment allocation model was achieved by the linear programming method.The result of the application case proved that the optimal solution and equipment allocation plan meet the actual requirements and it is of certain guiding significance for the armed police force to handle city anti-terrorism operations.%针对城市反恐作战行动引入作战气象、季节和地形、时间等作战环境影响因子,构建装备实际作战效能的计算方法;建立了装备分配的数学模型,并基于线性规划的数学方法实现了模型的求解。应用实例表明,最优解及装备分配方案符合实际情况,对武警部队城市反恐作战具有一定的指导意义。
