空间态势感知能力是空间资源开发，保护本国空间资产以及掌握空间控制权，实施空间军事行动的关键。美国政府和军事部门的决策者深知空间态势感知能力建设的重要性。从冷战时期就开始了空间监视系统的构建。随着科学技术的发展，他们的空间监视系统更趋先进和完备，发展成为系统完整的空间态势感知能力。本文根据目前美国国防部、美国空军及其下属机构和有关军火商公布的资料，对上世纪50年代以来美国在空间态势感知能力情况进行了简单梳理。为我国的空间态势感知能力今后发展抛砖引玉。%Space situational awareness is the essential elements of space resource development,and is the key of the protection of space assets and grasping of space control and implementing military operation in spaces.US government and military policymakers are well aware of the importance in developing space sit-uational awareness.From of the Cold War period,US began to build space surveillance systems.With the development of science and technology,their space surveillance systems become more and more advanced and powerful,and become systematic and worldwide space situational awareness.Based on the disclosed information from US Department of Defense and the US Air Force and its subsidiaries,as well as the relat-ed enterprise,this paper conducted a brief review and prospect of United States space situational awareness updated,so as to initiate future development of our country’s space situational awareness.
