基于两参数偏斜正Logistic失效分布的可靠性统计分析

摘要

A new lifetime distribution called two-parameter skew positive Logistic failure distribution was proposed.And the image characteristics of density function and failure rate function were investigated.Then,the expression of the k-order moment and maximum likelihood estimation of the distribution were studied.The feasibility of method in the paper was confirmed by some simulation examples.%提出了一种新的寿命分布——两参数偏斜正Logistic失效分布,研究了其概率密度函数、失效率函数的图像特征;给出了k阶矩的表达式和参数的极大似然估计,运用bootstrap方法得到了参数的区间估计;通过模拟算例说明本方法的可行性.
