佛山市经济增长、产业结构与环境污染关系实证研究--基于环境库兹涅茨曲线（EKC）假说视角

基于佛山市1990—2013年的统计资料，构建佛山市环境污染综合指数及产业结构升级系数，实证研究佛山经济增长的环境效应是否存在EKC曲线假说的“倒U型”。研究发现，佛山市的综合环境污染指数与人均GDP之间呈“正U型”曲线关系，产业结构升级对环境污染的影响为负。因此，调整优化产业结构及实施环境保护干预政策是解决佛山经济增长与环境保护之间的两难问题的主要途径。%Based on the statistical data during 1990~2013, this study sets up the composite index of environmental pollu-tion and the coefficient of industrial structure upgrading of Foshan city, in order to testify whether‘inverted U type’ exists between environmental impact and economic growth according to EKC curve hypothesis. The results show that there is a positive"U"curve between the composite index of environmental pollution and GDP per capita of Foshan city, and a negative relation between the effect of industrial structure upgrading and the environmental pollution. Therefore, adjustment and optimization of industrial structure and the implementation of environmental protection policy is the main approach to solve the problem between economic growth and environmental protection of Foshan.
