基于BIM的轨道交通项目全生命周期信息管理研究

         

摘要

There are different kinds of parties working in building sectors throughout the lifecycle in rail transportation projects, which results in a complexity of large amounts of generated information. Hence it produces an obvious obstacle in information communication and information sharing among each party. Because of lack of information, it has much impact on the efficiency of project management. According to the information management through lifecycle in rail transportation projects, this paper carries out information analysis and researches the application of BIM at each stage of project construction. The lifecycle information management framework system of rail transportation projects based on BIM is proposed which implements effective information communication in the whole lifecycle of rail transportation projects. The research provides theory support to construction projects’ lifecycle information management.%在轨道交通项目整个生命周期中参与方众多,产生的信息类型复杂,形式多样,数量庞大,使得在管理的过程中信息沟通不畅、信息流失严重,在很大程度上制约了项目管理水平和管理效率的提高。以轨道交通项目信息管理为研究对象,进行项目建设各阶段的信息分析与BIM应用研究,提出基于BIM的轨道交通项目全生命周期信息管理框架体系,实现轨道交通项目整个生命周期中信息的有效沟通,为全生命周期信息管理提供了理论支持。
