永磁同步电机驱动系统最小损耗分析

         

摘要

In order to enhance the efficiency of driving system of motor, the minimum loss of driving system of permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) was studied and analyzed. With the comprehensive analysis on the driving system of motor, the mathematical model for the inverter and PMSM system was established, and the relationship between the system loss and stator flux linkage was derived and established theoretically. In addition, the expression of stator flux linkage with minimum loss was obtained. And thus, the minimum loss of driving system of PMSM could be realized. The advantages of both loss model and searching optimization method were effectively combined to establish the comprehensive mathematical model concerning two analytical methods. Under the Matlab/Simulink environment, the simulation model for the driving system of PMSM was established. Through keeping the output-power changeless as well as detecting the voltage and current at the direct current (DC) bus side of the inverter, it is proved that the proposed model can realize the purpose of achieving the minimum loss and optimal efficiency quickly in global scope.%为了提高电机驱动系统的效率,对永磁同步电机(PMSM)驱动系统最小损耗进行了分析和研究.通过对电机驱动系统的综合分析,建立了逆变器和PMSM系统的数学模型,从理论上推导并建立了系统损耗和定子磁链的关系,并得到损耗最小时定子磁链的表达式,从而实现PMSM驱动系统的损耗最小.将损耗模型法和搜索寻优法的优点有效结合起来,建立了综合2种分析方法的数学模型.在Matlab/Simulink环境下搭建了PMSM驱动系统仿真模型,在保证输出功率不变的条件下,通过检测逆变器直流母线侧的电压及电流,可以证明该模型能够实现全局范围内快速达到损耗最小、效率最优的目的.
