装备制造产业集群公共实训体系的构建∗--以沈阳铁西装备制造业公共实训体系建设为例

As a pillar industry of Shenyang, equipment manufacturing industry cluster has already formed tentatively, but the input of high-end professionals is still lagging. The construction of public training system will resolve the problem effectively. Based on the basic characteristics of talents cultivation in equipment manufacturing industry and the existing problems of enterprise training, taking Tiexi cluster of equipment manufacturing industry in Shenyang as the research object, the necessity of the construction of public training system is elaborated. The concrete construction model, methods and guarantee mechanism of public training system are proposed in order to provide a perfect and scientific model reference for the upgrading of public training system for equipment manufacturing enterprises.%装备制造业作为沈阳的支柱产业，其产业集群初步形成，但高端专业人才输送仍然滞后，公共实训体系的构建可以有效解决这一问题。从装备制造产业人才培养基本特点和现有企业培训存在问题入手，以沈阳铁西装备制造业聚集区为研究对象，阐述公共实训体系建设的必要性，提出公共实训体系具体的构建模式、方法和保障机制，为装备制造业企业实训升级提供一个完善的、科学的公共实训体系模型参考。
