中美服务贸易竞争力比较与我国的应对策略

     

摘要

随着信息技术的发展和经济全球化的深入,服务贸易在全球贸易总量中所占的比重越来越大,成为衡量一国经济发展程度的重要指标,其自身具有的高附加值、环保等特点引起越来越多国家的重视. 通过贸易竞争优势指数( TC)、显示性比较优势指数( RCA)、显示性竞争优势指数( CA)等指标进行现状和竞争力对比分析,明确我国传统服务贸易和新兴服务贸易的竞争力水平.同时,对影响我国服务贸易竞争力的因素进行分析,并提出相应的发展对策,旨在为逐步提升我国服务贸易竞争力提供基础.%With the development of information technology and the deepening of economic globalization, the proportion of service trade in the total volume of global trade is growing, which becomes an important indicator to measure the degree of economic development of a country, and it attracts more and more attention of countries because of the characteristics such as high added value, environmental protection, etc. The status quo and competitiveness are compared through the calculation of trade competitiveness advantage index ( TC ) , revealed comparative advantage index ( RCA) , and competitive advantage index ( CA) . And the competitiveness level of traditional service trade and emerging service trade are given. The factors affecting the competitiveness of service trade in China are analyzed, and corresponding countermeasures of development are proposed, so as to provide the basis for gradually improving the competitiveness of service trade in China.
