By comparing the characteristics of the pre-mixed and post-mixed high-pressure water-abrasive jets and combining the advantages of both, the dry abrasive in the post-mixed high-pressure water-abrasive system is replaced with wet abrasive, and the surface removal efficiency test of the wire rods' surface is performed to study the difference of effects under different mass percentage concentration and flowrate. The experimental analysis shows that the mass percent concentration and flowrate of the abrasive are not the bigger the better.When the mass percent concentration is 60% and the flowrate is 20 mL/s, the surface removal efficiency of the wire rods reaches a maximum value.%通过对比前混合式以及后混合式高压水磨料射流的特点, 结合两者的优点, 将后混合式高压水磨料系统中的干磨料用湿磨料代替, 对线材表面进行去除效率实验, 研究不同磨料质量百分浓度和不同磨料流量对线材表面去除效率的影响.实验分析表明, 磨料的质量百分浓度和磨料流量并不是越大越好, 在磨料质量百分浓度为60%, 磨料流量为20mL/s时, 对线材表面去除效率达到最大值.
