振片式超声波马达的研究

摘要

超声波马达是一种由超声振动而获得驱动力的新型马达.它利用作为定子的压电陶瓷振子,通过压电效应产生高频振动并依靠摩擦力来驱动压置在其上的转子运动.%U1trasonic motor is a new type of electric machine driven by u1trasonic vibration.By means of piezoelectric ceramic vibrator as a stator,it drives the rotor put on it into motion through friction power and dither produced by piezoelectric effect.
